Story Review:
Shiva, a common man on earth, is enchanted by the nature of his
land Meluha, is a true lover of his kingdom. The inhabitants
lived there around 1900BC, called it to be Meluha. The empire
that was created by Lord Ram, one of the greatest monarchs.
Shiva turning into a common man, rather being a God, to
sustain the balance of earth by abolishing all forms of evil and
becoming a hero is the true essence of the story. What if Lord
Shiva was not a figment of a rich imagination, but a person of
flesh and blood? Like us? A man who rose to become godlike
because of his karma. The entire plot focuses on Shiva as how
he loves his kingdom, the feel of guilt he has whenever he tries
to change for others, but soon his heart rhythms” BE
YOURSELF “. It gives us the lesson, that there exists a potential
God, in every single human being. Shiva meets his opponents
and fights bravely with his very supportive army to protect and
save this kingdom. “This is a story of the man, whom legend
turned into a God”, as the author quotes.

A few praises for “THE IMMORTALS OF MELUHA”:
‘Shiva Rocks. Just how much Shiva rocks the imagination is
made grandiosely obvious in THE IMMORTALS OF
MELUHA. Shiva’s journey from a cool dude to Mahadev!
That’s a reader’s delight. What really engages is the author’s
crafting of Shiva, with almost boy-worshipping joy’.- The Times
Of India.
“Has philosophy as its underlying theme but is racy enough to
give its readers the adventure of a lifetime”. – The Hindu.
“A delightful mix of mythology and history by making Lord
Shiva the hero of his triology. The first part has been on the
Indian bestseller charts for quite some time now”.- The Indian
Express.
